Ingredients:
Water, collagen hydrolyzate, fructose, brown algae extract (Fucus vesiculosus L.), vitamin C, natural lime flavor, citric acid, zinc gluconate, gelling agent (guar gum, xanthan gum), sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Recommended intake:
The recommended intake is at least 3 months. ACTEN® should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach because ACTEN® contains fucoidan, which could affect sleep.
ACTEN® takes effect in about 2-3 weeks for customers who are less active in sports because they have less lubrication in their joints.

For more athletic customers, it takes about one and a half months.
